4 - DELEGATE to your AI team (Fr8labs AI Console only)

What this is

You can Ask your freight data questions and use Fr8Labs Actions from an AI assistant you already have. Your AI Console brings an AI employee into your company's own workspace: one private copilot for each teammate you give a seat.

AI employees are provided only as part of the AI Console. Every page under this section is about the AI Console. If you are connecting your own external assistant to Fr8Labs, use sections 2 and 3 instead.

Start from the sparkle chat icon at the top right of the Core FMS header, just left of the list icon. The first company admin signs in, meets their copilot, and can assign seats and switch on connectors for colleagues under Settings → Teammates. New non-admin teammates start with no connectors; company admins have the in-plan connectors by role. When an AI employee proposes a change to freight or accounting data, a person approves it before it happens.

Get started

  1. Sign in to your AI Console — launch from Core FMS, or use your company's console link as a bookmark.

  2. Install the AI Console as an app — install your company's console on your computer, phone or tablet.

  3. What your copilot can do — see the four connector families and how approval works.

  4. Add teammates and enable connectors — assign seats and choose access for each person.

  5. Your monthly AI allowance — check usage, reset timing and top-ups.

  6. Privacy and data in your AI Console — learn where your conversations, copilot data and model calls go.

  7. Archive and restore a teammate — free a seat and bring the same copilot back later.

  8. Get help with your AI Console — resolve sign-in, access and usage issues.
