Accounting Module (Financial Accounting)

Overview

Fr8Labs provides a wide range of accounting reports to help finance teams monitor performance, ensure compliance, and support decision-making.

In this section we will also talk about the Core Financial Statements (GL, P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.), as well as Custom Reports, and how you can Send Email Reports Automatically.

Reports can be run at the company-wide level or filtered by cost center, customer, supplier, or date range.

Filters and Dimensions

Almost all reports support filtering by:

  • Date range

  • Company (if multi-entity)

  • Cost center / branch / department

  • Customer or Supplier

  • Currency

Export & Sharing

  • Reports can be exported to Excel (XLSX), CSV, or PDF.

  • Saved filters and custom views can be reused for recurring reporting.

  • Reports can also be scheduled for auto-email to finance managers or auditors.
