Administration Overview
The Administration section contains features and settings designed for system administrators and management teams. These include advanced controls such as:
User & Role Management – defining who can access what.
Permissions – restricting sensitive information and workflows.
Financial Controls – management-only reports such as P&L and margin analysis.
Audit & Logs – system activity records for compliance and security.
Why some features are restricted
Most Fr8Labs users don’t need access to these tools in daily work. By keeping Administration separate, we:
Ensure sensitive financial and configuration data is secure.
Keep the day-to-day workspace clean and focused.
Allow management teams to handle compliance and strategic oversight without distracting operational workflows.

If you think you need access
If you believe you should have access to Administration (for example, if you manage finance, system setup, or compliance), please reach out to your Fr8Labs account owner or contact our support team.
We’ll work with you to confirm the right level of access for your role.
Tip: If you’re an operator or standard user, you don’t need Administration to complete your work — all operational workflows (quotations, shipments, invoicing, reporting) are fully accessible outside this section.
