Autofill a job that isn't saved yet
Quick Actions fills the form in front of you, right now — before the job has been saved.
That is the point of it. A job that does not exist yet has no Document Center to upload to, so these actions read the document straight into the screen you are looking at.

How to use it
Open the job and click the AI Autofill button at the top of the job screen.
Stay on the Quick Actions tab and click the action you want.
Drop your document in — drag it onto the box or click to browse. PDF, JPEG, PNG or TIFF, up to 20 MB.
Choose a processing mode. Standard is fast and suits most documents. High Accuracy reads complex or messy documents more carefully, but takes longer.
Click Start Extraction.
Upload document
Extraction keeps running in the background. Minimise the window and carry on working — a small progress widget stays on screen and tells you what stage it has reached. Click it to come back.

Reading the result
When extraction finishes, the values drop into the form and you check them against the document.
Fields you had already filled in are left alone — AI never overwrites your own work.
Anything AI was unsure about is left empty rather than guessed.
Partners, ports and vessels are matched to your master data. A partner AI could not match is flagged so you can pick the right one or create it.
Nothing is saved until you save the job.

Key Points to Remember
Quick Actions is the fastest route when the job is not saved yet.
Once the job is saved, use the Document Center instead — it gives you a review screen and an undo.
The document you upload here fills the form; it is not filed against the job. Upload it to the Document Center if you want to keep it.
An empty field means low confidence, not a missing value in the document. Check the document and fill it in.
