Fr8Claims

Fr8Claims is the expense-claim + cash-advance product for tenants on the Fr8Labs platform. This section has four documents:

• Setup — Tenant-admin setup of categories, approval pipeline, Accounting Module (ERPNext) integration, claimants, and WhatsApp templates.

• User Guide for Claims — How claimants submit and track expense claims in the app.

• User Guide for Cash Advances — How claimants request, receive, and settle cash advances.

• Claims on WhatsApp — How claimants use the WhatsApp bot — receipt photo to auto-create a claim, quick "$45 Lunch" text claims, /status, /help, and (for approvers) inline approve/reject replies.
