Workflow
The CRM module in Fr8Labs helps you manage potential and existing customers throughout the sales process, starting from the first contact Lead through to Deal a formal Quotation and the final outcome of winning or losing the opportunity.
Lead → Deal → Quotation → Deal Won / Lost
Lead
A lead represents an initial unqualified prospect. You gather basic contact details, assign status (New, Contacted, Qualified, etc.), capture the source (e.g. Email, Phone, Website), and record any early interactions. Learn more about leads here.
Deal
When a lead is qualified, you convert it into a deal to manage a potential sale. You track the organization, estimated revenue, probability of closing, stages (Contacted, Proposal Made, Negotiation, Won, Lost) and next steps. Learn more about Deals here.
Quotation
For each deal, you create a draft quotation in FMS that includes shipment details, origin/destination, mode (Air, Sea, Road), charges, validity date and payment terms. The quote is sent to the customer for approval. Learn more about Quotations here.
Deal Outcome
After sending, you mark the quote as Won or Lost. If lost, you should record a reason (Price, Timing, Service, etc.) to improve future performance.
