Indonesia — BorderOne

Documentation coming soon. Indonesian customs filing is available today and in use — it is the write-up that is still to come, not the capability. This page will be completed shortly.

Import and export customs declarations for Indonesia are filed to CEISA / INSW through BorderOne, reached from the Customs tab on the shipment.

This is a different tab

Indonesia does not use the Customs V2 tab that the rest of this section describes. It has its own tab — Customs — with its own flow, built before the multi-country module and still the route for Indonesia today.

If your company files in Indonesia and somewhere else, you will see both tabs on a shipment. They are not alternatives to each other:

Every other country in this section

We are working towards a single customs surface. Until then, the tab you want is the one for the country you are filing in.

The Indonesia tab is the one labelled Customs, not Customs V2.

What it does today

From the Customs tab you can:

  • Build the declaration from the shipment

  • Submit to BorderOne, where the document can be opened and worked on

  • Submit a draft to CEISA, then submit the final data

  • Follow the document through to the CEISA portal, linked directly from the shipment

Screens and field-by-field guidance come with the full documentation.

Full documentation — the fields, the statuses and the CEISA vocabulary — is being written. If you need something in the meantime, get in touch.
