List tables (as reports)
In Fr8Labs FMS, every record type (Jobs, Bookings, Quotations, Shipments, etc.) has a List Table view. These tables are more than just a way to browse data—they can be customised into operational reports by applying filters, adding/removing columns, and saving the view for reuse.
This allows operations teams to quickly answer questions such as:
Which shipments are still in progress?
Which bookings are unconfirmed?
How many jobs are pending documentation?

Saved Views save time—set up once, reuse daily.
Team members can share Saved Views for consistent tracking.
Export filtered lists for offline reporting or customer updates.
Useful shipment-list columns
The All Job List includes these fields for operational review:
Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
Incoterm | The trade term associated with the job |
Service Terms | Service terms such as CY-CY or Door-Door; this column supports filtering and sorting |
Mark | The Mark/Remarks value from the Container or Cargo & Charges tab |
Notes | Shipment-level notes, separate from cargo marks |
The Tag column is available in both All Jobs and Master Job lists. Add it through the column settings to review and filter tagged jobs. Tag values are also included in CSV and Excel exports.
