Partner & Master Data
Q: My shipment/invoice is missing customer/partner info.
A: Ensure the MBL/MAWB (master) level has the customer/partner filled. Data at only HBL/HAWB level won't sync to the portal.
Q: Why can't I find certain partners in selection?
A: The partner may not be set up with both roles. Update partner to include Customer and/or Supplier roles as needed.
Q: What does "Relationship Category" mean on Partner?
A: It classifies a partner's link to your company (e.g., Customer, Vendor, Agent) and controls availability in accounting/shipment processes.
Q: Can we search Partner Address directly in Partner List?
A: Not yet—name search is supported. A request exists to add an Address search column. Workaround: export and filter in Excel.
Q: Can we add UK "Sort Code" in Partner Bank Details?
A: Yes—field will be optional unless Country = UK. It will print on bank exports/payment vouchers as required.
Q: How do I set different payment terms for Import vs Export on the same partner?
A: Open the partner in Master Data → Partners, scroll to the Credit Terms section, and add a rule per direction. For example, set Import = COD (0 days) and Export = Days after Invoice Date (30 days). When creating invoices from a shipment's Accounting tab, the system auto-applies the matching rule based on the shipment's direction.
