Privacy and data in your AI Console

Your AI Console runs on its own server dedicated to your company. Your conversations and copilot data live on that server. Encrypted backups are kept on the same server; they do not leave it.

The AI models run through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. Its privacy notice says: “Alibaba Cloud strictly protects your data privacy and will never use your data for model training”. Traffic to Model Studio is encrypted with AES-256, according to that notice. Model Studio stores data generated from model calls under Alibaba's service agreements.

Each person's mailbox connection is their own, and only that person can use it.

Every change the copilot proposes to your freight or accounting data waits for a person to approve it.
