Process a document from the Document Center
Once a job is saved, the Document Center is the best way to run AI over a document — because it gives you a full review screen before anything changes, and an undo afterwards.

The Document Center panel
Run AI over a document
Open the job and open the Document Center panel.
Upload the document, or find one that is already there.
Click the document's ⋮ menu and choose Process with AI.
Wait. The document's badge shows Document queued for AI processing, then AI is analyzing this document…, then AI extraction complete.
Click the AI extraction complete badge to open the review.

Process with AI confirmation
AI runs in the background — you do not have to watch it. Keep working on the job and come back when the badge turns green.

The review screen
The document stays on the left so you can check every value against the source. The proposed changes are on the right, grouped by type — partners, routing, references.
For each change you can:
Tick it to apply it, or leave it unticked to skip it.
Edit the value inline if AI read it slightly wrong.
Resolve an unknown partner — where AI could not match a name to your master data, it shows you the candidates it considered, with the details it read from the document, and you pick the right one or create a new partner.

An unresolved partner in the review
Nothing touches the job until you click Accept. Accept applies only the changes you ticked. Anything you unticked, or left unresolved, is skipped.
Undo
After you accept, an ↩ Undo AI Changes button appears at the bottom right.
Two things worth knowing:
Applied changes stay in memory until you Save the job.
Undo restores the exact values that were there before AI touched the form — not blanks.

Key Points to Remember
Review first, accept second — the review screen is the whole point of this route.
A field you had already filled in will not appear as a proposed change. AI never overwrites your own work.
Resolve unknown partners in the review rather than after saving; it is much faster there.
If the result looks wrong across the board, check you processed the right document — then try High Accuracy mode.
