Public Views (Engagement Reports)
Public views are preconfigured reports, accessible to every user, that segment customers based on buying behaviour and engagement patterns. These lists live under Public views in the left-sidebar in the CRM Module. Each view provides columns relevant to the specific analysis and supports sorting, filtering and export. It is also possible to limit access to certain users. Please contact customer support if you want to limit access to these reports. Key views include:
Top Performing Customers
Lists customers with high shipment activity and revenue. Columns show organisation code, name, last modified date, shipment status and annual revenue. Use this view to identify your most valuable accounts.
Re‑activation Priority v2 and Re‑activation Priority
These views highlight organisations that have not shipped in the last two months. They include columns like organisation name, last shipment date, days since last order and a recommended action. Account managers can sort by days since last order to prioritise re‑engagement.
Engagement Priority
Shows predicted engagement windows based on purchase patterns. Columns include expected next order date, last shipment date, days since last order, purchase pattern and lifetime value. A recommendation column suggests whether to engage now or wait until a predicted order window.
Overdue Customers
Lists customers whose next expected order has passed. but normally it would include customers that require immediate attention.
High Value Monthly Buyers
Identifies customers with high lifetime value who buy regularly. Columns include organisation name, lifetime value, average order value, expected next order date, last shipment date, days since last order and trends for order frequency and order value. The view highlights whether purchase frequency and order value are stable, increasing or decreasing.
Customers with Increasing Value
Lists organisations whose average order value is rising. Columns show organisation name, lifetime value, average order value, order value trend, order frequency trend, purchase pattern and expected next order date.
At‑Risk Customers
Highlights customers whose order frequency is decreasing and who may churn. Columns include organisation name, lifetime value, order frequency trend, days since last order, last shipment date, average days between orders and an engagement recommendation. The recommendation may suggest “No Action Needed – Recent Orders” or “Engage Now – Weekly Order,” depending on how overdue they are. This view helps account managers focus on accounts showing early signs of decline.
