Q: How do we change layouts (quotation, invoice, SOA, MBL/MAWB)?

A: Provide a sample showing desired format (letterhead, numbering, currency, wording). Support will raise a template ticket and notify you when deployed.

Q: My quotation/invoice PDF layout looks wrong (totals, footer, overlapping header, dotted lines).

A: Share document number + screenshot. Dev will adjust margins/logic and release a hotfix. You can still send the file—the data is intact.

Q: Why can’t I see my company logo/header on prints?

A: Check docType (e.g., NON-NEGOTIABLE vs. Negotiable). Some templates hide logos based on settings. Ask Support to adjust if needed.

Q: Why can’t I edit PDFs (e.g., press Enter to add a new row)?

A: The PDF editor supports inline text edits only (no new line breaks/rows). Request template changes via Support if formatting needs to change.

Q: Why do some fields (Notify/Consignee) not appear on Shipping Note?

A: Depends on mode:

• Ocean LCL: certain fields (Consignee/Notify) may be hidden.

• FCL: fields appear. Ask Support for a template adjustment if your case differs.

Q: Why is weight/measurement UOM wrong/missing on PDFs?

A: PDFs pull from the container table. Ensure UOM is KG/LB (weight) or CBM/CFT (measurement). Other UOMs may not render.

Q: How do I update VAT No. and business address on MBL/MAWB?

A: Send new VAT and address to Support. We’ll update the template so future documents reflect the changes.

Q: Can we print Supplier Invoice No. & Posting Date on supplier invoice printouts?

A: Yes—request the fields to be added to the print template.
