What your copilot can do

Your copilot works with the connectors available in your company’s plan and enabled for your account. A new non-admin teammate starts with no connectors; a company admin switches them on per person under Settings → Teammates. Company admins have the in-plan connectors by role. Open Settings → Connectors to see what is ready for you.

What you can ask it to do

Fr8Labs Analytics

Ask read-only questions about your company’s freight and finance data, subject to your usual data permissions.

Fr8Labs Actions

Look up jobs, quotations and invoices, and propose changes in Core FMS.

Mail

Work with your own mailbox and team mailboxes shared with you. Ask your copilot to connect your mailbox; it gives you a sign-in link. It can help prepare drafts.

Accounting

If included in your plan and available to your account, prepare accounting documents for your ERP.

You approve every write. A proposed change waits for you to review the exact action. Nothing is written to Core FMS or posted through Accounting until you approve it. Open Settings → Connectors → Actions waiting for you to approve or reject a pending action.

What it cannot do

  • Analytics cannot change your data. It answers questions; it does not post or edit records.

  • A proposed write cannot go ahead without your approval. Check the action summary before you approve it.

  • A connector outside your plan or access cannot be used. A card may show Not in your plan, Switched off by your company admin, or Not available to you yet.

  • Accounting may need finance access or further setup. Your company admin can review your connector status. Ask Fr8Labs if the card remains unavailable after access is granted.

For access questions, your company admin can review teammate connectors. For an unavailable connector or a setup issue, contact Fr8Labs support with the status shown on the card.
