Your monthly AI allowance

Your company’s AI Console has a monthly allowance. Open Settings → Usage to see the percentage used, the percentage remaining, when it resets and when the figures were last updated.

When you approach the limit

The Usage screen marks the allowance as Nearing limit when it is almost used up. Requests still running are held against what remains until they finish, so the displayed percentage can move as they complete.

When the allowance is used up

New AI requests are refused until the monthly allowance resets or Fr8Labs tops it up. You can still open existing history, view usage and recover your account. The Usage screen shows the reset date for your company.

Need more this month? Choose Email Fr8Labs support on the Usage screen when the allowance is near or at its limit, or email support@fr8labs.co and request a top-up. Include your company and console address.

If Usage says Usage unavailable, try Refresh shortly. If it says Suspended, contact your company administrator.
